Raleigh Design-Build is a new collaboration between the owners of Time Construction and Jonathan Mole Architecture. We provide high quality architecture, interior design and construction services for residential and boutique commercial projects.
Our shared values are integrity, growth and craft. Packaging our diverse skill sets together as a design-build service ensures that these values benefit every phase of the project. If you’re planning construction work, hire an architect and contractor that share trust and a common objective.
Having worked together as employees at a design-build firm, then later independently, we knew our approaches were compatible. Working together openly, sharing knowledge and experience, we avoid the inefficiencies and miscommunications that impact many construction projects using the traditional design-bid-build model.
You sign one contract and we serve as your single point of contact. We take the coordination off your hands so you don’t spend your time managing multiple consultants and agreements.
